COMPTROLLER GENERAL OF N.I.S DIRECTS IMMIGRATION HEADS TO AVOID UNETHICAL CONDUCT

In compliance with the directive of the Federal Government, Following the reopening of four Land Borders.

The Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service Muhammad Babandede has directed the Heads of the NIS formations at the four designated authorized Border Posts to comply and remove restrictions of Human movements, as well as avoid unethical and unprofessional conduct.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Service public relations officer deputy comptroller of immigration Sunday James and made available to Aso Radio and television services in Abuja.

The statement says all persons entering or exiting the country must have valid travel documents as prescribed in the Immigration Act, 2015 and to observe COVID-19 protocols.

The Service according to the statement enjoins the travellers to only use the four designated authorized border posts pending the opening of the others.
