PRESIDENTIAL RETREAT FOR MINISTERS DESIGNATE ENDS TODAY IN ABUJA

The grand finale of Presidential Retreat for Ministers designate with focus on “Governance Best Practice and Delivery”, is ongoing at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The day’s Retreat features among others, the Chairman of the governing All Progressives Party (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomole, and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha, as resource persons to deliver papers and share their experiences with the new ministers.

The session would also feature a special presentation on “Introducing Cabinet Processes and public procurement procedures”.

The retreat is being organized by the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The Federal Executive Council is the body charged with the responsibility of coordinating the activities of the President and the Vice President in the discharge of their responsibilities.

President Muhammadu Buhari is billed to declare the Retreat close today, as the Ministers Designate await their formal inauguration.
