ROAD TRANSPORT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (RTEAN) PLEDGES FURTHER SUPPORT TO PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI LED ADMINISTRATION IN IT EFFORTS OF BRINGING BACK THE LOST GLORY OF THE NATION

The Road Transport Employees Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) says it will collectively continue to support President Muhammadu Buhari led Administration in its efforts of bringing back the lost glory of the Nation.

 

 

Chairman of the Association in the federal capital territory Alhaji Musa Sa'idu Zuba stated this at the inaugural ceremony of the Association and victory of its National leadership in court recently in Abuja.

The FCT Chairman Road Transport Employees Association of Nigeria Alhaji Musa Sa Zuba said with the victory, the Association would now become a big united family ready to fully contribute its quota towards the economic development of the country.

He assured all members that their doors are wide open to welcome back every member both at National, State and local governments level.

Alhaji Musa Sa'idu further described the removal of fuel subsidy by government as a step in the right direction.

Adding that even the increase in the pump price would not in any way attract increase of Transport fares by it members.

 

In an interview with Aso Radio and television services, the state publicity secretary of RTEAN Mr. Ajid Bukar Ajirambe said the Association is working with officials of the National Centre for

Disease Control (NCDC) in ensuring that all protocols against the deadly COVID-19 are strictly adhered to by all its members.

The brief occasion was attended by Representatives of the National Secretariat of the Association, branch chairmen of the Association in the FCT and other sister organizations.
