PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI SUBMITS LIST OF MINISTERIAL NOMINEES TO THE SENATE

President Mohammadu Buhari forwards 43 nominees to the senate for screening and confirmation as members of the federal executive council.
This was contained in an executive communication read at plenary by the President of the senate Ahmad Lawan

13 former ministers made it back to federal cabinet, they include, former ministers of information Lai Mohammad , transportation Rotimi Amaechi and his state counter part, Hadi Sirika,Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama, Education, Adamu Adamu ,Labour ,Chris Ngige, Finance Zainab Ahmed, Power works and housing Raji Fashola and AGF Abubakar Malami
The President of senate ,announced that the screening of the ministerial nominees will commence tomorrow.

reports that Senators Gods will Apkabio, George Akume, Tayo Alaosoadura, Gbemi Saraki and Adeleke Fashola.
Also on the list are spokesman of PMB campaign organization, Festus Keyamo, Pauline Tallen, Rauf Aregbesola and Timipre Silva among others.
The president of the senate added that the curriculum viate of the nominees would be circulated to the senators later today.

 

In a related development,

Ministerial screening will commence on Wednesday.
